Guaranteed Long-Term Contract:

As a nurse working within the NHS, you will be offered a three-year contract. This provides security and stability for your family.  After your contract is completed, you can renew it for another three years. After living in the UK for five years, you can apply for permanent residency status in the U.K.

Manageable Work Hours

As an overseas nurse, you’ll be working 37.5 hours per week, affording you a healthy work-life balance. However, if you would like to work extra hours, you will be rewarded with pay enhancements for each hour of overtime you work. You can also earn a higher wage for working on weekends and bank holidays.

Attractive Salary

Once you complete your registration with NMC, you’ll be rewarded with a salary between £24,214 and £28,746 — depending on where you live and work in the U.K.

As a brand-new overseas nurse, you’ll get 27 days off per annum. You’ll also receive eight bank holidays each year. In total, you’ll receive 35 paid days off per year.
